Gagan Polycot India Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated on June 10, 1988 in the name of Gagan Sales Private Limited with a vision to develop a name in the Textile Industry. The name of the company was subsequently changed to Gagan Sales Limited on February 1, 1995 to enhance the visions of the Promoters and the Directors. The Company's name was changed to Gagan Polycot India Limited on March 1, 1995 and soon the company was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 28, 1995 with subsequent listing on Ahmedabad, Vadodra, and Delhi Stock Exchanges.

The Company was then taken over on September 28, 2010 by Ms. Lien Trading Pvt. Ltd. present Promoter of the Company with a vision to initiate the Manufacturing activity. The Company id dedicated to working in an apt way to achieve it goals and set a class of standards for the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for which proper documentation takes place.

The Company has laid many benchmarks with success stories to achieve its target and is still in the process of accomplish higher standards for the progress of the Company and its Shareholders.
